Tenax Tixo EX Knife Grade Transparent

Tenax Transparent Tixo EX Knife Grade for Natural Stone: Granite, Marble, Quartzite; Engineered Stone, Quartz.

Tenax Transparent Tixo EX Knife Grade is a high viscosity polyester adhesive used to vertically or horizontally repair, rebuild, bond, and fill.
 
Very smooth in consistency, easy to stir and spread and will cure shiny. It is also very polishable and colors easily to match the stone.
 
Cures fast and bonds extremely strong but not suitable for temperatures below 0° Celsius. Recommended for interior use only.
 
Tenax Tixo EX Transparent Knife Grade is Italian made premium knife grade glue that offers many outstanding characteristics that fabricators look for in a knife grade glue.
 
Tenax Tixo Ex Knife Grade is available in 1L, 4L and 17kg.
 
Hardeners are included with each of Tenax Tixo Knife Grade. Hardeners are also sold separately, if required.

Please read the safety data sheet before use and follow the product instructions.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

  • Make sure the surface to be treated is dry, clean and free of dust.
  • Always mix the glue, coloring paste and hardener outside of the can.
  • If coloring, add the coloring paste to the resin before mixing it with the catalyst. Do not exceed the maximum amount of 2-3% in weight for the coloring pastes. An excess of coloring paste may affect the final product so use with caution.
  • Mixing ratio of resin to catalyst is 100: 2-3. Stir vigorously and apply. Do not place unused product back in can.
  • Make sure the cans are sealed tightly after use.

 

SHELF LIFE:

Keep away from heat, humidity and sun. Product will last at least 6 months if kept between 18°C - 25°C.
