Tenax Travertine Filler

Tenax Travertine Filler is used to horizontally repair, rebuild, glue, and fill holes in travertine.
 
With a semisolid consistency, it is smooth and easy to spread, and will accept a polish once applied.
 
Not suitable for temperatures below 0° C. Recommended for interior use only.
 
Hardener comes with each can purchase, and/or sold separately

Please read the safety data sheet before use and follow the product instructions.

 

Instructions for use:

  • Make sure the surface to be treated is dry, clean and free of dust.
  • Always mix the glue, coloring paste and hardener outside of the can.
  • If coloring, add the coloring paste to the resin before mixing it with the catalyst. Do not exceed the maximum amount of 2-3% in weight for the coloring pastes. An excess of coloring paste may affect the final product so use with caution.
  • Mixing ratio of resin to catalyst is 100: 2-3% in weight. Stir vigorously and apply.
  • Apply a slight excess to account for shrinkage. Let the filler dry until the excess can be cut off with a razor blade. Remove leftover traces with acetone
  • Do not place unused product back in can. Make sure the can are sealed tightly after use.

 

Shelf Life:
Product will last at least 6 months if kept between 18°- 25°C. Keep away from heat, humidity and sun.
